It offers 24/7 support with a nationwide on-site maintenance system. By bringing Y2S into the group in October 2025, MIRAIT ONE is now able to offer operational monitoring services for cloud environments as a solution, which it previously could not handle. By combining Y2S's operational monitoring services for cloud environments with MIRAIT ONE's operational monitoring services for on-premise environments and its nationwide on-site maintenance system, they provide a unique one-stop service found nowhere else. 'MY One Grid ™' solves various customer issues in a one-stop manner, such as 'wanting to proceed smoothly from implementation to operation without worrying about resources (people and systems)', 'needing to keep the cloud environment constantly up-to-date and secure', and 'wanting prompt response day and night in the event of a failure'.
