Mirait One Co., Ltd. Establishes "Data Center Business Division"

Mirait One Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Hidemune Sugawara; hereinafter "Mirait One") will establish the "Data Center Business Division" within the Solution Company on April 1, 2026.

In response to the increasing investment in data centers due to the recent rapid expansion of AI demand, Mirait One plans to further accelerate its data center business, which is a key growth area.

By establishing the Data Center Business Division as a primary organization, Mirait One will build a system that provides one-stop services from sales to construction, maintenance, and operation. This will enable a speedy response in data center construction, which requires advanced specialized technology. Furthermore, by concentrating the necessary technology, know-how, and resources in the new division, the company aims to strengthen its business foundation, make its commitment to the data center business visible both internally and externally, and achieve further business expansion in the future.

(1) Establishment of "Data Center Business Division" as a primary organization within the Solution Company

(2) Establishment of the following four internal organizations under the "Data Center Business Division"

① Data Center Business Planning Department ② Data Center Sales Department

③ Data Center Engineering Department ④ Data Center Service Department
