Miraikuru Lab, Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Ryota Watanabe) participated in the 'Setagaya Kids' Job Festival!!', a career experience event for elementary and junior high school students held on March 29, 2026 (Sunday) at 'HOME/WORK VILLAGE (former Ikejiri Junior High School site)' in Setagaya-ku, Tokyo. This event, where children can experience various jobs and discover their interests and potential, was crowded with many visitors. As part of the 'Job Experience (Quest)' program, Miraikuru Lab conducted its original 'My Card Creation Workshop'. This workshop is a self-analysis program that categorizes one's characteristics and strengths into eight types by answering 30 questions, visualizing 'one's own individuality'. Two student interns (Aoi Taneishi, Meinan Nonaka) also participated in the day's operations, assisting with calls to children, feedback on diagnosis results, and support for creating My Cards. The categorized strengths include 'Observational Power,' 'Verbal Power,' and 'Self Power,' with diagnostic results visualized on a radar chart. After visually confirming the balance of their strengths, children selected their favorite design from 12 original characters and created a 'one-of-a-kind My Card' with their radar chart results written on it. The design, which allows for deepening self-understanding while having fun, led to many surprised exclamations upon seeing the results and children showing their cutely decorated cards to their parents. Approximately 350 elementary and junior high school students participated on the day, and attending parents also showed interest, with some creating their own My Cards with their children, resulting in a full house all day. Participants commented, 'I was happy to know my strengths,' and 'It's right because I like moving my body!', indicating high interest as a first step toward self-understanding. Miraikuru Lab will continue to create opportunities for children to realize their potential and cultivate the ability to shape their future proactively. ■ Miraikuru Lab, Inc.
