Since the ease of electromagnetic wave transmission (temperature) changes depending on the distance between the metal part and the coil, there is a quality issue where thin objects may overheat if thick objects are heated on the same line in a short time. To solve such issues, we design flexible coils (Patent No. 2022-021618) that can heat efficiently according to the target object and conduct CAE analysis. We will continue to contribute to the transition to a sustainable industrial structure and our customers' decarbonization management through the spread of innovative solutions.
