The IH (High-frequency Induction Heating) equipment provided by Mipox Corporation (Headquarters: Kanuma City, Tochigi Prefecture; President & CEO: Jun Watanabe; Securities Code: 5381; hereinafter "Mipox"), which refines innovation, has been certified as high-performance equipment by the Sustainable open Innovation Initiative (SII). This certification is based on the evaluation items of the "Technical Evaluation Committee for Advanced Energy-Saving Technologies" established by the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
As a result, customers who introduce this equipment will be eligible to receive partial cost subsidies.
■ Overview of the Subsidy
This equipment is designed to convert fossil fuels into electricity in the pre-heating and drying processes before and after heat treatment and painting. Through this, we propose an environmentally friendly manufacturing process that achieves energy saving, space saving, and decarbonization.

* Investment and business plans spanning multiple fiscal years are also eligible.
■ IH Coil Design and CAE Analysis
Since the ease of electromagnetic wave transmission (temperature) changes depending on the distance between the metal parts and the coil, trying to heat thick items in a short time on the same line causes a quality issue where thin items become too hot. To solve such issues, we also design flexible coils that can efficiently heat objects tailored to the target (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2022-021618) and conduct CAE analysis.
We will continue to contribute to the transition to a sustainable industrial structure and our customers' decarbonized management through the spread of innovative solutions.
