'Giant Freshly-Baked Nanbann Orai'

'Nanbann Orai,' a beloved Fukuoka confection cherished for nearly 40 years, is now available at the Ming store in a 'four times larger (note)' version, a limited-time offering making its debut at Hakata Station. It features a rich flavor from fermented butter pastry and almond dough, with the distinct aroma of caramelization and the unique texture of freshly baked goods as its highlights. *The 'Freshly-Baked Nanbann Orai' is baked in-store and available exclusively at the Iizuka main store and the Ming store.

(Note) Weight is approximately four times that of the regular size.

'Freshly-Baked Sacristan'

At the confectionery shop 'Gin no Supuun,' the beloved product 'Sacristan,' enjoyed for over 45 years, is now available as 'Freshly-Baked Sacristan'—a version designed to be enjoyed straight from the oven—exclusively at the Ming store.

The puff pastry, layered with fermented butter and filled with walnuts and granulated sugar, caramelizes in the oven to deliver a delightfully crispy texture. The final touch of fondant (kneaded sugar) adds a uniquely moist flavor only possible right after baking.

Served in bite-sized portions, it's more accessible than the regular Sacristan. Enjoyable at the in-store eat-in space.
