### Why Evidence-Based Mindfulness Now?
While interest in mindfulness is expanding, opportunities to systematically learn scientifically backed programs remain limited. International Mindfulness Center JAPAN (hereafter IMCJ, operated by Kuu Inc.) will launch various evidence-based mindfulness courses simultaneously online starting in May 2026.
