Milbon Opens "Human Resource Development Center" in Odawara as New Educational Hub

Milbon Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Hidenori Sakashita; hereinafter "Milbon"), a manufacturer of hair care and cosmetic products for beauty salons, announces the opening of its "Human Resource Development Center" (Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture) as a new educational hub to support the learning and growth of all Milbon Group employees, which began full operation in April 2026.

Background of the Human Resource Development Center's Establishment

Milbon regards human resources as the most crucial capital indispensable for management and sustainable growth. Since the establishment of its training center in 1984 (Miyakojima-ku, Osaka City)*, the company has continuously invested generously in its people, centered around a new employee training program lasting approximately nine months.

Amidst business expansion and the increasing importance of global talent development, there was a demand for an educational environment capable of accommodating a wider range of learning. Consequently, the old center was closed, and a new training facility three times its size was established.

The Human Resource Development Center saw the completion of its training building in October 2025 and its employee dormitory in March 2026, with full operation commencing in April of the same year upon the completion of both facilities.

This center will function as an educational hub for continuous learning, targeting all group employees, including new recruits. It will also be utilized for training, seminars, and photo shoots for partner beauty salons, creating an environment that fosters diverse learning and interaction.
