Approximately 80% of Exhibitors are Okinawan Companies. Kanto's Largest Okinawan Culture Festival 'OKINAWA FES Milafete' Gathers 104 Booths, Celebrating its 10th Anniversary This Weekend!

Milafete Co., Ltd. (Location: Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture; Representative Director: Takafumi Kasai) will hold "OKINAWA FES Milafete," the largest Okinawan culture festival in the Kanto region, for two days on May 16th (Sat) and 17th (Sun), 2026, at Yoyogi Park Event Plaza in Tokyo.

This event, themed "REAL OKINAWA," is held as a festival where visitors can experience diverse Okinawan culture, including music, traditional performing arts, food and drink, local products, and art, and celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. Live performances by popular artists will also be held at the venue, creating a space where the charm of Okinawa can be enjoyed with all five senses.

This year, the event, which attracts approximately 250,000 visitors over two days, will feature 104 booths, primarily from Okinawan companies. With about 80% of the exhibitors being Okinawan companies, the content embodies "authentic Okinawa."

Furthermore, in the future, we plan to expand beyond Tokyo to various locations nationwide, such as Osaka and Hokkaido, to further disseminate the appeal of Okinawa.

104 booths, including popular Okinawan shops and local brands, gather!

This time, a total of 104 booths will be featured: 60 food and drink booths, 7 kitchen car booths, and 37 product and PR booths. The composition is centered around Okinawan companies, with many beloved local shops and brands gathering, making it possible to experience the atmosphere and culture of Okinawa as if you were there, even in Tokyo.

Ryukyu Soft Cream

Features a purple cone made from the world's first rice flour and purple sweet potato. A popular product that sold 46,000 units annually makes its debut!

Fresh Plaza Union

Okinawa's familiar supermarket "Union" lands in Tokyo. Logo T-shirts, limited edition goods, and other items full of local love gather!

Ishigama PIZZA Cava?

Uses "Misaki Beef," a brand beef from Ishigaki Island. A luxurious dish featuring juicy, flavorful patties.

Motobu Town Tourism Association

A locally rich booth where you can enjoy Okinawan soba, goat dishes, soft-shelled turtle, and other rare ingredients made with Motobu Town's ingredients!

To commemorate the 10th anniversary, a visitor participation campaign with luxurious prizes will also be held!

During the event period, two campaigns will be conducted for visitors.
