Performing Artists Including 20th Anniversary 'Kariyushi 58' and BEGIN's Hitoshi Uechi & Masaru Shimabukuro Announced! Full Lineup for 'OKINAWA FES Milafete'

(Location: Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture, Representative Director: Takafumi Kasai) is pleased to announce the full lineup of performing artists for "OKINAWA FES Milafete," marking its 11th occurrence and 10th anniversary, to be held over two days on May 16 (Sat) and 17 (Sun), 2026, at the Yoyogi Park Event Square in Tokyo. This event has been held with the theme of "REAL OKINAWA" as a festival to broadcast Okinawa's music, culture, and people's thoughts to the whole country. This year, reaching the milestone of its 10th anniversary, in addition to the artists announced in the first wave, the appearance of popular artists representing Okinawa has been decided. These include "Kariyushi 58" celebrating their 20th debut anniversary, "Hitoshi Uechi & Kazuminchu" featuring BEGIN's Hitoshi Uechi (Pf&Vo), "Masaru Shimabukuro & Okinawa All Stars" featuring BEGIN's Masaru Shimabukuro (Gt&Vo), "D-51", and "Kiiyama Shouten". Furthermore, this year, the festival's appeal as a "festival to experience Okinawa" is further enhanced by a stage configuration that crosses music, traditional performing arts, and next-generation culture. Five stages will be set up within the venue, delivering contents that allow visitors to experience Okinawan culture from multiple angles in addition to live music. MCs to liven up the event have also been decided, creating a space with a sense of unity throughout the entire venue.
