"ELEMENT," which has expanded to 68 stores nationwide, primarily in Tokyo, since 2020, is a personal gym brand offering all-you-can-attend access for a monthly fee of 39,800 yen. Through 30-minute personal training sessions, we have supported customers in building their bodies towards establishing "habitual exercise (*)".

This time, we are grand opening an all-you-can-attend personal gym in the Ichigao area. Through weight training and machine Pilates, we will provide support for establishing customers' "habitual exercise." At ELEMENT, you will be able to experience "habitual exercise" and "a diet experience where your body changes" that you couldn't achieve alone.

Services Offered

ELEMENT's training is a super-intensive 30-minute session. At the Ichigao store, we will propose three training menus.

Weight Training

We provide workout training with free weights and bodyweight exercises. From weight training aimed at muscle gain for body makeup, to shapE-up focusing on specific body parts you are concerned about or want to tone, and functional improvement for areas where your movement is poor or difficult, we design optimal training plans for each individual.

Machine Pilates

With machine Pilates, the machine supports your body, and by adjusting the load, you can effectively target muscles and change your body line. By moving your body while consciously engaging your muscles with the support of the machine, misalignments and twists in your body become easier to correct, transforming your body into its naturally beautiful lines.

Weight Training and Machine Pilates

Responding to requests from those who want to take both to achieve better results in diet and body makeup, we have prepared a dual plan where you can receive personal instruction in both weight training and machine Pilates.
