Migi Nanameue Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Ken Furukaji; hereinafter "the Company"), which operates multiple businesses primarily in the human resources sector, announced that Aimi Inoue has been appointed as CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer; hereinafter "CHRO") as of May 1, 2026.

Since the company's founding, Ms. Inoue has served as the manager of the Recruitment Support Division, providing support in the recruitment domain for numerous companies and accumulating extensive knowledge and achievements in recruitment and organizational development.

By appointing Ms. Inoue as CHRO, Migi Nanameue aims to further strengthen its accelerating business and organizational structure, moving forward towards realizing its vision of "creating a company that represents Japan."
