(hereinafter referred to as 'Kintetsu Real Estate') has decided to introduce the facial recognition ID platform 'FreeiD' developed and provided by Migalo Group's DXYZ to '(Provisional Name) Kintetsu Senior Residence Gakken Nara Tomigaoka' (hereinafter referred to as 'the Property'), which Kintetsu Real Estate will construct and open in Spring 2027.

This Property will be the first senior residence in Japan to feature 'All Facial Recognition®' specifications, introducing 'FreeiD' not only to the common areas but also to all private rooms. Furthermore, in conjunction with this introduction, 'FreeiD' and 'FAGUS', developed by Aiphone Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, President: Tomio Suzuki), will achieve their first system integration.

■ Background for Introducing 'FreeiD' to '(Provisional Name) Kintetsu Senior Residence Gakken Nara Tomigaoka'

The Property, constructed by Kintetsu Real Estate and scheduled to open in Spring 2027, is a senior residence with 218 rooms, located a 6-minute walk from Gakken Nara Tomigaoka Station on the Kintetsu Keihanna Line. It features residences ranging from approximately 35㎡ to 143㎡, and common facilities such as a large public bath with an open-air bath and a hotel-operated restaurant, providing a safe, healthy, and vibrant living environment for seniors.

Through this project, Migalo Group's DXYZ is introducing the facial recognition ID platform 'FreeiD' to the entrance and doors of each private room. This 'All Facial Recognition®' specification allows for entry and exit even when one's hands are full, offering convenience while ensuring high security through state-of-the-art facial recognition technology, thereby meeting the diverse needs of our customers.

■ About the Facial Recognition ID Platform 'FreeiD'

'FreeiD', developed and provided by Migalo Group's DXYZ, is a facial recognition ID platform that connects living, working, and playing through faces. By integrating all IDs, such as wallets and identification cards, into the face, it enables entry/exit, payments, and identity verification with a single facial registration, realizing the concept of 'Live with just your face.'

It can link with a wide variety of facial recognition AIs, allowing for the provision of the most suitable facial recognition AI for each usage scenario.

In our 'FreeiD Mansion' solution for residential complexes, we are deploying the 'All Facial Recognition Mansion®' – the first in Japan – which realizes 'Live with just your face' from common areas like entrances and elevators to individual private rooms, eliminating the need for any keys (as of the end of March 2026, 376 buildings with FreeiD installed have been completed).

In addition to mansions, we offer facial recognition services for offices, preschools, golf courses, theme parks, and more. Specifically for office services, we realize 'Work with just your face' by implementing facial recognition for employee entry/exit and visitor reception, enabling office operations without employee ID cards.

Furthermore, we are advancing demonstration projects for facial recognition payment 'FreeiD Pay'*1 and My Number Card integration services*2.
