(Head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Sei Nakanishi), has received applications totaling 78.36 million yen for Rimple’s Selection #118 on "Rimple" (hereinafter "Rimple"), its real estate investment crowdfunding service based on the Real Estate Specified Joint Enterprise Act. This represents 223.4% of the offering amount of 35.07 million yen (70% of the total investment of 50.10 million yen).
