Micronity Acquires Laila, a Sales Company for Electronic Health Record and Dispensing Systems in Aichi

Micronity Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yuichiro Yamazaki, hereinafter "Micronity"), which operates an AI-driven software business succession platform, has acquired all shares of Laila Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture; President: Satoru Sasaki, hereinafter "Laila") from Wing-T Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture; Representative Director: Takehiro Sakakibara). This integration combines Laila's robust customer base and on-site expertise, cultivated over approximately 28 years in the medical and dispensing fields, with Micronity's management resources and AI technology. This marks Micronity's second M&A in the medical sector, following Beeline Inc., and will further promote synergy creation in medical DX and enhance the convenience of existing services.

◼︎ Purpose and Background

Since its founding in 1998, Laila has established a strong reputation in the regional healthcare community by consistently handling the introduction and maintenance of medical information systems for local clinics and dispensing pharmacies, primarily in Aichi Prefecture.

This share acquisition was carried out with the aim of maximizing synergy in the medical DX domain by combining Laila's deeply rooted on-site support system and customer base with Micronity's IT and AI technologies, while maintaining and developing them. Moving forward, we will pool the knowledge of both companies to build a DX support system that addresses the challenges of increasingly complex medical and dispensing environments. Furthermore, with Beeline Inc., which joined the group in May 2026, and Laila as the core of our medical sector operations, we will work to create synergy and improve the convenience of existing services.
