Mi-Labo Expands Digital Questionnaire Service 'mila-e Checkup' to 4-Month Infant Health Checks in Kawashima Town, Saitama Prefecture

Mi-Labo Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kazuya Tanigawa; hereinafter 'Mi-Labo'), a developer of services for local governments, will expand the scope of its digital questionnaire service for infant health checkups, 'mila-e (Mirai) Checkup,' in Kawashima Town, Saitama Prefecture. Starting June 2026, the service will be available for 4-month infant health checkups.

Background of the Expansion of 'mila-e Checkup'

To provide child-rearing support services tailored to pregnant and parenting families, Kawashima Town, Saitama Prefecture, introduced the 'Kawamin Child-Rearing Support Nav (*)'—a maternal and child health handbook app developed and provided by Mi-Labo—in March 2026, and launched the digital questionnaire service 'mila-e Checkup' for infant health checkups in April 2026, initially for newborn home visits.

Following widespread adoption by parents, the town will expand the service to include the following health checkups starting June 2026.
