Mi-Labo Launches 'mila-e Parenting Notebook' App in Niyodogawa Town, Kochi Prefecture

Mi-Labo Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kazuya Tanikawa; hereinafter 'Mi-Labo'), which develops services for local governments, has launched its 'mila-e (Mirai) Parenting Notebook' app in Niyodogawa Town, Kochi Prefecture. The app will be provided as 'Niyodogawa Town Parenting Notebook' starting June 15, 2026.

Background of 'mila-e Parenting Notebook' Provision

Since 2023, Niyodogawa Town, Kochi Prefecture, has been providing a parenting app based on Mi-Labo's developed and provided maternal and child health handbook app, called 'Niyodogawa Parenting App' (hereinafter 'Old App'). The town has been engaged in parenting support for a long time.

This time, to further enhance 'accompanying-type consultation support' for parenting families, the base maternal and child health handbook app has been renewed to 'mila-e Parenting Notebook' and will be provided anew as 'Niyodogawa Town Parenting Notebook'.

'mila-e Parenting Notebook' will now feature 'My Number Portal Linkage'. Previously, users had to manually input vaccination records such as vaccination dates into the maternal and child health handbook app after vaccination. However, from now on, vaccination records can be displayed on the maternal and child health handbook app side without manual input.

In addition, existing functions such as 'Email Distribution and Push Notification Function' to receive timely notifications from Niyodogawa Town according to age and month, 'Vaccination Scheduler' to prevent missed vaccinations or incorrect vaccination intervals, and 'Electronic Maternal and Child Health Handbook Function' to record contents of the maternal and child health handbook such as growth graphs and infant health checkup records on the My Page will continue to be available.

In the future, we will further support the creation of a town where parenting can be done conveniently and safely, and strengthen the sustainable support system using ICT.
