Shintomi Town in Miyazaki Prefecture has adopted 'mila-e Maternal and Child Health Handbook,' developed by municipal service provider Mi-Labo Co., Ltd. The app will launch as 'Shintomi Town Parenting App Sukusuku Maaru' on June 15, 2026.

Background of the launch: Since 2023, Shintomi Town has utilized a maternal and child health handbook app developed by Mi-Labo (the 'old app'), followed by the online booking service 'mila-e Reservation' in 2024 for handbook issuance, 8th-month pregnancy consultations, and parenting classes. To further enrich its support system for parenting households, the town is renewing its base app to 'mila-e Maternal and Child Health Handbook.'

With the renewal, a new Mynaportal integration feature is introduced. Previously, users had to manually enter vaccination dates and records, but they will now be displayed automatically without manual entry. Existing features such as push notifications tailored to the child's age, a vaccination scheduler, and electronic health book logging will remain available.

How to use: - App Version: Download from the App Store or Google Play. - Browser Version: Access via https://oyako-techo.jp/ * Current users of the old app can migrate their data online easily.
