Mi-labo Launches Online Childcare Support Reservation Service "mila-e Reservation" in Asuka Village, Nara Prefecture

Mi-labo Inc. Background of "mila-e Reservation" Introduction

In Asuka Village, Nara Prefecture, to provide childcare services that cater to pregnant women and parenting families, Mi-labo has been developing and providing a maternal and child health handbook app since 2018, offered as "Asuka Village Oyako Techo (*)".

Following the introduction of this app, the online reservation service "mila-e Reservation" has now been adopted. Operations have commenced for monthly childcare-related events and classes, targeting "Rakko Class" for children aged 0-1 and their guardians, and "Kumasan to Issho Club" for children up to preschool age and their guardians.

By linking "mila-e Oyako Techo" with "mila-e Reservation", users can receive notifications and childcare information from the local government via push notifications and seamlessly transition to online reservations for childcare classes and events. Completing information acquisition and reservation procedures on a smartphone eliminates the hassle of making phone reservations during office hours, thereby reducing the burden on parenting families.
