Mirabo Launches Maternal and Child Health Handbook App "mila-e Oyako Techo" in Tome City, Miyagi Prefecture

Mirabo Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kazuya Tanikawa; hereinafter "Mirabo"), a company that develops services for local governments, will launch its maternal and child health handbook app "mila-e (Mirai-e) Oyako Techo" in Tome City, Miyagi Prefecture, as "Tome City Oyako Techo Tomekko♪Sukoyaka Navi" starting April 1, 2026.

Background of "mila-e Oyako Techo" Provision In Tome City, Miyagi Prefecture, Mirabo has been providing "Tomekko♪Sukoyaka Navi," based on a maternal and child health handbook app developed and offered by Mirabo since 2016, and has been engaged in childcare support projects for a long time. To further enhance the "accompaniment-style consultation support" that assists parenting households, the base maternal and child health handbook app has been renewed to "mila-e Oyako Techo" and will be newly provided as "Tome City Oyako Techo Tomekko♪Sukoyaka Navi."

With "mila-e Oyako Techo," a new feature, "MyNaPortal integration," will become available. Previously, users had to manually enter vaccination records such as the date of vaccination into the maternal and child health handbook app after vaccination. Now, vaccination records can be displayed in the maternal and child health handbook app without manual input. Existing features such as "email distribution and push notification function" that timely delivers announcements from Tome City tailored to age/month, "vaccination scheduler" that prevents missed vaccinations and incorrect vaccination intervals, and "electronic maternal and child health handbook function" that allows users to record contents of the maternal and child health handbook, such as growth charts and infant health check-up records, on their My Page, will continue to be available. Going forward, we will continue to support the creation of a town where childcare is more convenient and secure than ever before, and strengthen a sustainable support system utilizing ICT.
