Mirabo Launches "Mila-e Oyako Techo" Child-rearing Handbook App in Minamitane Town, Kagoshima Prefecture

Mirabo Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kazuya Tanikawa; hereinafter referred to as "Mirabo"), a developer of services for local governments, is launching its child-rearing handbook app "Mila-e Oyako Techo" in Minamitane Town, Kagoshima Prefecture. The app will be provided as "Minamitane Town Oyako Techo Mikomo" starting March 30, 2026.

Background of "Mila-e Oyako Techo" Launch

In Minamitane Town, Kagoshima Prefecture, Mirabo has been providing "Minamitane Town Child-rearing Support Mobile Mikomo," based on the child-rearing handbook app developed and provided by Mirabo since 2023, and has been engaged in child-rearing support initiatives for a long time.

To further enhance the "accompanying support" that closely assists child-rearing families, the underlying child-rearing handbook app has been renewed to "Mila-e Oyako Techo" and will be newly provided as "Minamitane Town Oyako Techo Mikomo."

A new feature of "Mila-e Oyako Techo" is the ability to link with the "My Number Portal." Previously, users had to manually input vaccination dates and other records into the child-rearing handbook app after receiving vaccinations. However, from now on, vaccination records can be displayed on the child-rearing handbook app without manual input.

Existing features, such as the "Email Distribution & Push Notification Function" for timely reception of announcements from Minamitane Town according to the baby's age, the "Vaccination Scheduler" to prevent missed vaccinations or incorrect intervals, and the "Electronic Child-rearing Handbook Function" for recording child-rearing handbook contents like growth charts and infant health checkup records on a "My Page," will continue to be available.

Moving forward, we will continue to support the creation of a town where child-rearing is more convenient and secure than ever before, strengthening the sustainable support system utilizing ICT.
