MiLabo Starts Providing Mother-Child Health Handbook App "Mila-e Oyako Techo" in Otsu Town, Kumamoto Prefecture

MiLabo Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kazuya Tanikawa; hereinafter "MiLabo"), a developer of services for local governments, has introduced its mother-child health handbook app "Mila-e (Mirai) Oyako Techo" to Otsu Town, Kumamoto Prefecture. It has been launched as "Otsu Town Oyako Techo Karaimokko" from April 1, 2026.

Otsu Town, Kumamoto Prefecture, has been engaged in various child-rearing support initiatives. To further enhance "supportive consultation" that stays close to child-rearing families, the decision has been made to introduce "Mila-e Oyako Techo."

"Mila-e Oyako Techo" realizes continuous support for child-rearing families utilizing ICT. This includes a "mail distribution and push notification function" for timely reception of announcements from Otsu Town tailored to the infant's age, a "vaccination scheduler" to prevent missed vaccinations or incorrect intervals, and an "electronic mother-child health handbook function" for recording mother-child handbook contents such as growth charts and infant health check-up records on a My Page.
