Mi-Labo Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Kazuya Tanigawa; hereinafter "Mi-Labo"), which develops services for local governments, has introduced its maternal and child health handbook app "mila-e Oyako Techo" to Tome City, Miyagi Prefecture. It will begin being offered as the "Tome City Oyako Techo: Tome-cco Sukoyaka Navi" starting April 1, 2026.

Background of providing "mila-e Oyako Techo"
Since 2016, Tome City, Miyagi Prefecture, has been providing the "Tome-cco Sukoyaka Navi," based on the maternal and child health handbook app developed and provided by Mi-Labo, and has long been engaged in childcare support projects.
To further enhance the "accompaniment-style consultation support" that stays close to child-rearing families, the base maternal and child health handbook app has been renewed to "mila-e Oyako Techo" and will be newly provided as the "Tome City Oyako Techo: Tome-cco Sukoyaka Navi."

In "mila-e Oyako Techo," a new "MynaPortal linkage" function will be available. Previously, after a vaccination, users had to manually enter vaccination records, such as the date of vaccination, into the maternal and child health handbook app. Moving forward, vaccination records can be displayed directly on the maternal and child health handbook app side without the need for manual entry.

Additionally, existing functions will continue to be available, including the "email delivery & push notification function" to receive timely announcements from Tome City tailored to the child's age in months/years, the "vaccination scheduler" to prevent missed vaccinations or spacing errors, and the "electronic maternal and child health handbook function" to record the contents of the physical handbook—such as growth charts and infant health checkup records—on a My Page.

Going forward, we will continue to support the creation of a town where people can raise children more conveniently and with peace of mind than ever before, strengthening a sustainable support system utilizing ICT.
