Mynavi Global Co., Ltd. ◆ Background of the Event
In recent years, the number of foreign workers in the Kyushu-Okinawa area has been increasing annually, and the utilization of foreign talent has become increasingly important for companies to secure human resources and strengthen their international business. Meanwhile, Taiwan has a strong interest in Japanese culture, and many young people wish to work in Japan. In this context, the "Kumamoto x Taiwan Career Connect" joint company job fairs, which our company held in Taiwan in May and December 2025, connecting Kumamoto Prefecture companies with Taiwanese talent, resulted in many Taiwanese talents receiving job offers. Participating companies highly praised the event, stating, "The talent has high skills and motivation" and "It led to recruitment with future potential."

In response to requests from companies in the Kyushu-Okinawa area outside of Kumamoto Prefecture who also wished to hire Taiwanese talent, we have decided to expand the area to Kyushu and Okinawa and hold a joint company job fair connecting companies with Taiwanese talent.

This job fair aims to achieve higher quality matching by acting as an intermediary between companies and job seekers.

◆ Features of the Career Connect Joint Job Fair
〇 Meet Taiwanese talent who want to work in Japan directly! It is possible to proceed to job offer acceptance on the same day.
One of the benefits of the joint job fair is the ability to simultaneously interview multiple candidates who have a strong interest in Japanese culture and high Japanese language proficiency. Face-to-face communication allows companies to directly understand the job seekers' personalities and enthusiasm. We also support the job fair's progress and a system to ensure job seekers can accept job offers on the same day, after careful consideration, to complete the recruitment process.

For applicants, we will collaborate with Mynavi's local subsidiary in Taiwan to recruit the following types of talent in advance:
・Graduates of local Japanese language or tourism departments, or those with work experience using Japanese locally.
・Those with experience living or working in Japan through study abroad or working holidays, etc.

〇 Participation fee is free! Talent introduction is completely performance-based.
This event has no participation fee. It is a fully performance-based joint job fair where a recruitment fee is charged only when the introduced talent joins the company. This allows companies to minimize recruitment costs and interview excellent talent.

〇 Support from career advisors specializing in foreign talent.
Career advisors with extensive experience in supporting foreign talent employment will screen candidates according to the company's recruitment conditions and provide company information and decision-making support to job seekers. This helps prevent mismatches between job seekers and companies before the job fair and after joining the company. We also follow up with job seekers from the job offer to joining the company, supporting a smooth onboarding process.
