『Moominvalley Comet』-themed "Moominvalley and Umbrellas 2026" to be held!
In the breathtaking 200m long umbrella sky, character panel balloons of Moominvalley friends from "Moominvalley Comet" will appear among colorful umbrellas, creating an exciting and photogenic space. Additionally, from mid-May, hydrangeas will be planted along the bathing hut street, and the "Umbrella Sky and Hydrangea Road" will be held, where the sky is adorned with umbrellas and the ground with hydrangeas.

▶ "Emma's Theatre" Reopens! Evolving into an all-weather theater
On Saturday, March 14, 2026, "Emma's Theatre," a landmark of Moominvalley Park, was renovated into a long-awaited all-weather theater equipped with a large tent.
In addition to new sound, lighting, and video systems, it is equipped with benches made from "Nishikawa wood" from local Hanno City, offering a comfortable viewing experience enveloped in the warmth of wood.
With the renovation, four new programs have started. The theater now offers shows by Moominvalley friends and visual x sound productions throughout the day.
