Moomin Monogatari Co., Ltd. (President and Representative Director: Kiyoshi Mochizuki) operates Metsä Village, a Nordic lifestyle experience facility in Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture. Within Metsä Village, the contemporary art museum HYPER MUSEUM HANNO (Director: Shigeo Goto) is currently hosting Sebastian Masuda's "KAWAIITOPIA -GO TO HEAVEN (HELL)-" exhibition. Collaborative menus and workshops that can be enjoyed alongside the exhibition will start on Saturday, April 4th. The utopian music flowing through the exhibition space was produced by RAM RIDER, a leading music producer.

Furthermore, starting today, Wednesday, April 1st, an advantageous common ticket, the "Metsä Hyper Museum Outing Pass," which includes all Seibu Line trains, bus routes, and museum tickets, will be launched.

1. Exhibition-limited KAWAII Menu From Saturday, April 4, 2026, exhibition collaboration menus will be available at various stores within Metsä Village!

2. Sebastian Masuda's Coloring Experience Program "PAINT IT COLORFUL." Designs enjoyable for both small children and adults are available, featuring works such as "Colorful Rebellion -More is More-" and the stuffed animals appearing in the exhibition. Use colored pencils, including the vivid colors from Sebastian Masuda's selected special edition colored pencil set "20/500COLORED PENCILS," to create your own "KAWAII."

Music Producer RAM RIDER Colors the Exhibition's Worldview with Sound The music for the exhibition was created by RAM RIDER, a leading music producer who also participated as a composer in the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games Closing Ceremony. Having previously collaborated with Sebastian Masuda on numerous tracks, including for "KAWAII MONSTER LAND," he has now provided original music for KAWAIITOPIA. This creates a special soundscape filled with a sense of floating, fitting the exhibition's theme of a KAWAII utopia.

4. No queues, no losing tickets. The "Outing Pass" smartens up travel and museum visits with just one smartphone. All Seibu Line, bus, and museum tickets bundled together! The special ticket "Metsä Hyper Museum Outing Pass (Digital)" has been launched. HYPER MUSEUM HANNO —Towards a further cultural city by fusing Nordic and Japanese, nature and digital through art— Metsä's new era proposal, aiming to enrich people's lives through Nordic lifestyle experiences, is to provide an integrated experience of nature and digital through art. [1st Anniversary Exhibition] Sebastian Masuda "KAWAIITOPIA -GO TO HEAVEN (HELL)-" Sebastian Masuda is a leading figure in Japan-born pop culture "KAWAII" and an artist with fans worldwide. Currently active in both New York and Tokyo, he has been involved in theater and contemporary art since the early 1990s, held a solo exhibition in NY in 2014, and has successively participated in numerous exhibitions at art spaces, museums, and international art festivals both domestically and internationally, earning high acclaim. Based on his colorful sensibility, he opened his shop "6%DOKIDOKI" in Harajuku in 1995 as a place for his own expression, and further expanded his creativity to fashion, entertainment, and product development. He has demonstrated exceptional talent in areas such as art direction for Kyary Pamyu Pamyu's debut music videos and live performances, and producing Harajuku's "KAWAII MONSTER CAFE," creating many opportunities for "KAWAII" to become known worldwide. This exhibition is his first major exhibition in five years and is held at a special timing, marking the 30th anniversary of the opening of his Harajuku base "6%DOKIDOKI." The exhibition features "KAWAII-CORE ISLAND," a pink KAWAII sanctuary floating on Lake Miyazawa, and a giant tower "Polychromatic Skin -Gender Tower-" at the entrance.
