HYPER MUSEUM HANNO —Towards a further cultural city by fusing Nordic and Japanese, nature and digital through art— Metsä's new era proposal, aiming to enrich people's lives through Nordic lifestyle experiences, is to provide an integrated experience of nature and digital through art. Shigeo Goto, a professor at Kyoto University of the Arts known for art production such as photographer Kishin Shinoyama's museum exhibitions, has been appointed director of this new-era contemporary art museum, which opened on Saturday, March 1, 2025, combining "nature and digital" and "character art." Please look forward to the contrast between indoor art installations and outdoor art installations that utilize the rich natural environment of the forest and lake, unfolding across Metsä.
