<About the Online Consultation>

The number of people receiving infertility or recurrent pregnancy loss treatment while working is increasing. To support the balance between treatment and employment, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government will host a free online consultation event, offering individual support for concerns faced by company executives, managers, and HR personnel.

Experts will provide individual consultations on topics such as: "We want to establish a leave policy but don't know how to proceed," "We created a leave policy, but employees are not using it," or "What considerations are needed when adjusting workloads or sharing information within the workplace?" We welcome your participation to discuss initiatives related to establishing support systems and promoting internal understanding.
