Program Overview
Participating companies will host individuals with developmental disabilities (※) who attend IT-specialized vocational transition support facilities for up to two months, either as trainees or employees. These individuals will work on IT-related tasks. Support from support agencies will also be provided during the hosting period.
※Individuals with developmental disabilities must possess a Mental Health and Welfare Handbook for Persons with Disabilities and have a formal diagnosis of developmental disability documented by a physician.
