1. Date and Time: Sunday, May 17, Reiwa 8, from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM

2. Location: Reception Hall, 5th Floor, Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building No. 1 (2-8-1 Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo)

3. Main Content: Group work on the theme of 'Welcoming tourists from all over the world to an attractive Tokyo from the perspective of junior and senior high school students,' etc. (For details, please refer to Attachment 1)

4. Regarding Media Coverage

(1) If you wish to cover the event, please fill out the necessary information in Attachment 3 'Media Coverage Application Form' and send it by email (S1110301@section.metro.tokyo.jp) by noon on Wednesday, May 13. You may attach a scanned copy or a photo of the document, or include the information in the body of the email.

(2) Due to the venue's capacity, movie coverage will be limited to one camera per network, and still photography to one person per company.

(3) To enter the building, please come to the entrance procedure area at the north entrance on the 1st floor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building No. 1 (refer to Attachment 2). You will be issued an admission pass.

(4) On-site media reception will be held in front of the entrance to the Reception Hall on the 5th floor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building No. 1 (refer to Attachment 2). Reception will be open from 1:20 PM until the end of the orientation.

(5) Media positions will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure you wear your company's armband during coverage.

(6) After the orientation, approximately 10 minutes will be allocated for interviews with participating members.

(7) Media coverage space is limited to the designated area within the Reception Hall. Please refrain from covering in other areas (refer to Attachment 2).

(8) Please be aware that a contractor for this project will be filming a record video.

(9) On the day of the event, please follow the instructions of the staff. If you do not follow instructions, we may refuse media coverage.
