1. Project Outline
We will create opportunities for high school and university students to interact with peers and professionals active in diverse fields, providing a stepping stone for them to consider their future goals and careers and take action. This will encourage them to demonstrate their abilities on a global stage and challenge various societal issues.
2. Recruitment Details and Application Method
(1) Activities
In the 'Youth Challenge Support Program,' we will invite individuals who serve as role models to inspire young people to think about their future goals and careers. We will hold exchange events (Saturday, November 21, 2026, and Sunday, November 22, 2026; approximately 100 participants each day) for high school and university students to engage in dialogue with these role models. Student management members will, through workshops and other activities, collaborate with Tokyo Metropolitan Government staff and facilitators to discuss which role models to invite and how to create a dialogue space, taking charge of the event's planning and operation.
(2) Three Appeals of Student Management Members
① Encounters with people who are serious about challenges
② Interaction and connections with peers
③ Practical experience involved in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's youth policies
(3) Activity Period
Approximately 8 times from late July to around December.
(4) Activity Location
Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building meeting rooms (workshops), 3×3 Lab Future (rehearsal and event day).
(5) Number of Recruits
Approximately 10 people.
(6) Application Period
From Friday, April 24, 2026, to Friday, June 5, 2026.
(7) Eligibility
High school or university students residing or studying in Tokyo at the time of application.
