Tokyo Metro Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Taito-ku, Tokyo; President: Akihiro Kosaka; hereinafter 'Tokyo Metro'), Metro Ad Agency Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hiroyuki Kawada; hereinafter 'Metro Ad Agency'), and unerry Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Hidetoshi Uchiyama; hereinafter 'unerry') will launch a new service, 'Event Design Navi,' in March 2026. This service is the first concrete offering from the 'Co-creation of a Marketing Platform Centered on Mobility Data,' which the three companies have been promoting under a business alliance. Leveraging the urban characteristics of Tokyo, where rail usage is high, the service utilizes human flow data from Tokyo Metro's approximately 6.84 million daily passengers* and unerry's approximately 240 million domestic IDs to provide data-driven support for event planning, customer acquisition, and analysis. The service assists with venue selection based on surrounding human flow and target audience trends, the planning of customer acquisition strategies using transit and web advertising, and post-event analysis of visitor numbers, demographics, and movement patterns to provide insights for future improvements. *Average daily ridership for fiscal year 2024. 'Event Design Navi' service website: https://event-design-navi.jp/ For urban events and large-scale festivals, it is often difficult to accurately grasp visitor numbers, predict congestion, analyze visitor demographics and behavior, or verify promotional effectiveness, leading to a lack of quantitative evidence needed for improving customer acquisition strategies and making sponsor proposals. In Tokyo, where rail usage is high, station user data is effective for understanding the potential for attracting visitors to the surrounding area, as well as congestion and movement trends. By integrating Tokyo Metro's station human flow data (approx. 6.84 million/day), unerry's big data on human flow (approx. 240 million domestic IDs), and Metro Ad Agency's proposal capabilities centered on transit advertising and station media, we are launching 'Event Design Navi' to provide consistent, data-backed support from event planning to promotion and reporting.
