Announcement of Tentative Officer Appointments and Executive Officer Appointments

At the Board of Directors meeting held on March 30, 2026, we tentatively decided on the following officer appointments. We also resolved on executive officer appointments, and hereby announce these decisions. The officer appointments are scheduled to be formally decided at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 23, 2026, and at the subsequent Board of Directors meeting.
