Notice Regarding Prospective Officer Appointments and Executive Officer Personnel Changes
Metawater Co., Ltd. has announced prospective appointments for directors and executive officers ahead of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in June 2026.
At the Board of Directors meeting held on March 30, 2026, our company finalized the prospective officer appointments as follows. Additionally, we have resolved the personnel changes for executive officers, and we hereby announce these decisions.
Please note that the officer appointments are subject to formal approval at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 23, 2026, and the subsequent Board of Directors meeting.
