In FY2026, the milestone year of its 20th anniversary, Mercury will further evolve its "people-centric" management.

This is based on the business strategy announced on March 5, 2026, "[Celebrating 20th Anniversary] FY2026 Business Strategy: 'People's Potential' as a Driving Force for Society."

We will accelerate the realization of our dream through the following initiatives:

・ Building an environment where employees can work with pride for a long time

・ Redefinition of "Value that only people can deliver" through AI utilization

・ Promotion of "Co-creation" with foreign national employees

Through these efforts, we will achieve both employee growth and value provision to customers, further enhancing our contribution to society.

"Dreams" Expanding from the Entrance Ceremony

Mercury values the dreams of each and every employee.

In FY2026, we also held an initiative at the entrance ceremony where new employees drew their dreams on cherry blossoms.

Furthermore, following last year, a special website "Mercury Dream" collecting dreams will be launched.
