The Little World Museum of Man (Inuyama, Aichi Prefecture; Director: Kohei Ikai) will host the 'Inti Raymi in Little World' event on June 27th (Sat) and 28th (Sun), 2026, at the 'Peruvian House of the Plantation Owner,' themed after the traditional Peruvian sun festival.

In line with 'Ceviche Day' on June 28th, the venue will feature a selection of Latin American delicacies, including 'Ceviche,' the national dish of Peru known for its seafood umami and refreshing acidity. Additionally, the event offers content to experience Latin American culture through all five senses, such as live performances of 'Folklore,' traditional Andean music.

What is 'Inti Raymi'? 'Inti Raymi,' meaning 'Festival of the Sun' in Quechua, is one of Peru's largest traditional festivals dating back to the Inca Empire. It is held locally around June 24th every year to give thanks to the sun.
