The traditional Kaiseki restaurant 'Hanagasumi' at Meiji Kinenkan has reimagined the classic nori bento into a premium seasonal offering. The 'Natsu no Sachi' (Summer Delights) bento features grilled eel as the main dish, accompanied by summer delicacies like simmered sweetfish (ayu), corn fritters, and Manganji peppers. The two-tier set includes seasoned rice with edamame and clams. Available from June 1 to July 30, 2026, for 4,000 JPY (tax included). Reservations must be placed by 5:00 PM the day before pickup.
