**About Meiji Kinenkan**
https://www.meijikinenkan.gr.jp/

The main building of Meiji Kinenkan was completed in 1881 as the 'Imperial Banquet Hall of the Akasaka Detached Palace' on the current site of the Geihinkan. In 1888, it became the venue for the imperial conference where the draft of the 'Constitution of the Empire of Japan' was deliberated, and Emperor Meiji attended without fail. Due to this historical significance, the main building of Meiji Kinenkan is also known as the 'Constitution Memorial Hall'.

Since its relocation to the current site, it has hosted important national and social events such as the ceremony commemorating the 30th anniversary of the promulgation of the Constitution, the 50th anniversary ceremony of the promulgation of the Imperial Rescript on Education, general meetings of the Japanese Red Cross Society and the Patriotic Women's Association, and commemorative events for the Saiseikai. Keywords: Minato-ku, GW, Golden Week, Wedding, Bridal Fair, Meiji Jingu, Shinto Ceremony, Free
