Opened in June 2002. Located on a mountaintop overlooking Lake Toya and Uchiura Bay of the Pacific Ocean, its 360-degree panoramic view offers guests a profound sense of wonder. As a deluxe resort, its comprehensive facilities were awarded the only 5-star rating in the Michelin Guide 2017 Hokkaido edition.

The hotel is equipped with various dining facilities, including "Windsor Out of Africa," which received one star from the same guide, as well as a spa, indoor pool, on-site golf course and ski resort for outdoor activities, shops, and wedding facilities, allowing guests to fully enjoy a relaxing resort stay.
