[SWEETS] include moist Pineapple Cake Ananas, ginger and coconut tart, and kiwi fruit jelly "Pâte de Fruits," packed with refreshing summer flavors. Also featured are cookie choux with Hokkaido cream cheese and yuzu, matcha macarons, and seasonal fruits.

[SAVORY] offers satisfaction as a meal, with dishes such as "Daisetsu Salmon Rillettes," "Bell Pepper and Tomato Tart Piperade," "Aged Makuhari Potato Salad," and "Takikawa Duck Roast and Turnip Pinchos."
