■ About "High School Future Action ~The Future of Japan Designed by the Next Generation~"
This program, organized by the Yamawaki Keizo Laboratory, School of Global Japanese Studies, in collaboration with the Council of Multicultural Cities (a national network of local governments working on multicultural coexistence, https://www.shujutoshi.jp/) and the Association for the Promotion of Easy Japanese (https://www.yasanichi.com/), is for high school students and focuses on the themes of Easy Japanese and multicultural coexistence. Two presentation contests are scheduled to be held on Sunday, September 27 and Saturday, November 28. Students who apply for these two contests will have the opportunity to participate in a forum held on Sunday, November 29, and engage in dialogue with Meiji University students, representatives from the Council of Multicultural Cities, and the Association for the Promotion of Easy Japanese. A public symposium on multicultural coexistence is also planned for the afternoon of the same day.
