Mediphone Forms Business Alliance with Advantage Risk Management

Mediphone Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Mayumi Sawada; hereinafter "Mediphone"), which provides remote medical interpretation for medical institutions and supports corporate health management®, has formed a business alliance with Advantage Risk Management Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Shinji Torigoe; hereinafter "Advantage Risk Management") and concluded a sales agency agreement for "mediment," Mediphone's cloud-based health management system. Through this agreement, we will further accelerate the promotion of health management and human capital management in corporations.

■ Background of the Alliance

In recent years, companies have increasingly viewed the physical and mental health of their employees as a critical management resource, accelerating efforts to enhance health management and human capital management. At the same time, health management operations such as health check-ups, stress checks, and industrial physician consultations are becoming more complex each year, posing a challenge to the workload of human resources and labor departments.

By adding "mediment," our service, to Advantage Risk Management's service lineup, we will promote the following initiatives:

• Development of new services leveraging the knowledge and expertise of both companies

• Mutual introduction of services and sales collaboration for customers of both companies

• Expansion of health management services for companies through the collaboration of both companies' services

Through these efforts, we aim to support the promotion of corporate health management and the maintenance and improvement of employee health, while also enhancing services in the industrial health field and achieving sustainable business growth.

■ Features of "mediment," the Cloud-based Health Management System

"mediment" is a cloud service for human resources and labor personnel responsible for health management and employee health check-up and stress check operations. By utilizing mediment, tasks that were previously complex and labor-intensive for HR and labor personnel, such as conducting health check-ups and stress checks, managing result data, coordinating industrial physician consultations, preparing reports for labor standards inspection offices, and managing special health examinations, can be significantly streamlined. Additionally, it visualizes the results of health check-ups and stress checks, promoting decision-making in health management through data visualization and analysis.

In addition to multilingual screens for employees, the system also supports increasing numbers of foreign employees by providing medical interpretation services to assist communication during online industrial physician consultations and medical examinations, thereby contributing to corporate diversity management.
