medimo Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yo Nakahara; hereinafter referred to as "medimo"), which provides the medical record creation product "medimo" utilizing generative AI, is pleased to announce the refresh of its brand logo.
Background of Logo Renewal
"medimo" has been providing an experience where "medical records are completed just by talking to patients" since March 2024, aiming to reduce the burden of "chart creation and paperwork," which accounts for about 30% of consultation time.
In less than two years since the service launch, it has been introduced in over 1,000 medical institutions nationwide (※). It has been highly praised by actual medical sites, with feedback such as "We were able to spend even more time facing patients."
In February 2026, to dramatically accelerate efforts to combat the collapse of the Japanese healthcare system, we joined the Suzuken Group, which boasts sales exceeding 2 trillion yen and has a strong transaction base with over 160,000 medical institutions and pharmacies nationwide, built over approximately 100 years of history.
In the medical industry, while medical demand continues to increase due to aging populations, labor shortages due to the declining working-age population have become a chronic issue. This situation makes fundamental productivity improvements, such as "how to maintain and improve the quality of medical care with limited personnel," indispensable.
To enable "medimo" to be utilized in more medical settings in the future, we have refreshed the design to enhance visibility and provide a greater sense of trust.
※As of February 2026, based on our own research.
Features of the New Logo
The new logo is designed to strengthen "stability" and visibility as a medical AI.
The most distinctive feature of the design is the combination of angular lines and rounded shapes. This approach creates an impression that blends approachability and trustworthiness, conveying "accurate yet not cold" and "gentle yet not unreliable." Furthermore, the meticulous shape design based on rules embodies "reliable processing power" that functions stably even in busy environments.
The brand color is centered around "green," which is often used in medical settings. Green, reminiscent of nature and plants, causes less stress even when viewed for long periods and supports concentration. The logo has evolved to provide psychological stability and calmness to both medical professionals and patients, offering a deep sense of security.

medimo has refreshed its brand logo with a view to further business growth and service dissemination. We are currently entering a new phase aiming for daily use in over 10,000 medical facilities.
In the important and historic field of medicine, we believed it was necessary to visually embody a solid "sense of trust" befitting the field to ensure that more people could use our services with peace of mind. The new logo is designed to pursue high visibility and approachability that can be instantly recognized by everyone, regardless of age or visual characteristics.
Moving forward, while unifying the brand experience under the new logo, we will redouble our efforts to reduce the workload in medical settings and provide high-quality medical care.

Creative Director, medimo Brand Renewal Project
In recent years, the issue of overwork in medical settings has been highlighted. I strongly empathize with medimo's role as a savior, positioning AI as a "strong supporter" to assist doctors and the industry, and thus participated in this brand renewal project from a creative standpoint.
The presence conveyed by the new logo is exactly the image of a trustworthy person that everyone envisions. Solid, sincere, yet approachable. Someone who, if given a task, would handle it smartly and quickly. We discussed this image, which immediately connects with medimo's services, within the design team, and produced it with meticulous attention to detail.
At H inc., we also bring together diverse teams from Tokyo, London, and Seoul, and place great importance on being useful to people with cutting-edge design and perspectives on social issues. We strongly look forward to medimo, a new service utilizing cutting-edge technology, becoming a strong ally for those on the front lines.
