[For Hospital Owners, Executives, and University Officials] 97th Study Session (Wednesday, April 15) Hosted by: Association for the Future of Japanese Healthcare

Since its founding in 2008, the medical information magazine 'Monthly Shuchu' (B5 format, 50,000 copies published on the 1st of every month) has provided hospital management information for executives and physicians, covering trends in health administration, pharmaceuticals, and medical device companies. Additionally, our company hosts the 'Association for the Future of Japanese Healthcare' (Mirai-no-kai), a regular monthly study session where Diet members, medical institution managers, and executives from healthcare companies gather to exchange information on various issues facing Japanese healthcare (Free for medical professionals; approximately 2,500 registered members as of January 2026).

97th Session [Date] Wednesday, April 15 *Application deadline: Wednesday, April 8 [Theme] Challenges of Pediatric Liver Transplantation from Japan and Beyond Transplantation Medicine [Speaker] Dr. Mureo Kasahara, Director of the National Center for Child Health and Development Dr. Kasahara, who boasts one of the world's highest numbers of pediatric living donor liver transplants and high survival rates, built the center's liver transplant program from scratch and elevated Japan's liver transplant system to international standards. In this lecture, he will propose a sustainable system for the era of a declining birthrate based on the unique development of transplant medicine in Japan, where organ donation after brain death is limited. Furthermore, he will introduce international expansions originating from Japan, such as human resource development and medical support overseas.
