Launch of 'Tabi Tocho' Portal Site Connecting Doctors' Work and Travel

Mediative Co., Ltd. launched the 'Tabi Tocho' (Travel Duty) portal site on May 14, 2026. This initiative allows urban doctors to take on-call shifts at regional medical institutions while exploring local culture and connecting with residents. Currently implemented in four facilities, it aims to address the severe shortage of medical personnel in rural areas by offering a flexible, travel-integrated workstyle that builds long-term relationships between doctors and local communities.
