Background of Implementation A member survey conducted by Merone in February 2026 (n=90, average age 42.2 years) revealed the actual situation regarding knowledge and consultation behavior related to female hormones.

The results showed that 97% felt that "female hormones affect the body and mind," 88% wanted to "acquire correct knowledge," and 60% wanted to "actually utilize female hormone care." While many members expressed interest and needs, 44% responded that they "only know the name or know very little" about pills, suggesting that a lack of accurate information is a factor preventing them from taking action.

Furthermore, with the burdens of housework, work, and childcare, the time and cost associated with hospital visits pose psychological and physical hurdles, leading to care being postponed. Against this backdrop, there was a demand for an environment that bridges the gap between "wanting to know (88%)" and "wanting to actually utilize (60%)" and allows access to medical care without time or location constraints.
