Lecture (2) "Challenges Utilizing Robotic Heart Surgery: Young Education and the Future of Medicine" by Yosuke Takahashi (Professor of Cardiovascular Surgery, Osaka Metropolitan University Graduate School of Medicine), highlighting the work of a young university professor pioneering the forefront of robotic surgery.
Lecture (3) "Multifaceted Initiatives of a Young Doctor Centered on Family Medicine" by Itsumi Tanaka (Shiga Family Medicine Center), presenting the work of a young doctor active as a family physician.
Lecture (4) "A Minority Perspective is an Organization's Room for Growth ~ The Embrace of Kyoto that Gave a Role to an Ordinary Me ~" by Miho Ueda (Board Member, Kyoto Medical Association / Miyako Coordinator, Work-Life Balance Support Center, Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine), discussing initiatives aimed at young doctors by the Kyoto Medical Association's Work-Life Balance Committee.
