The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has formulated the 'Guidelines on the Publication of Information Related to the Stable Supply of Generic Drugs', requiring generic drug manufacturers to publish information regarding supply plans, supply performance, and stable supply.

In Form 3, information regarding reserve capacity for stable supply, such as the manufacturing capacity index, inventory index, and types of surplus manufacturing capacity, is published for drugs requiring stable securing.
