The planned site is located near the 'Bijogi Junction,' a key transportation hub where the Tokyo Gaikan Expressway and the Shuto Expressway meet. It is an ideal logistics location for a wide-area distribution base covering central Tokyo and the entire Tokyo metropolitan area.
