Maxell, Ltd. (hereinafter, Maxell) will hold a Summer Open Company event for individuals scheduled to graduate in 2028.

Throughout its more than 60-year history, Maxell has created numerous "world-first" products and boasts top market share in many fields, with many employees enjoying diverse career paths.

This Open Company event offers a program designed to help participants understand "what kind of company" Maxell is and "how employees work."

Program Content

◇Technical Roles Roundtable Discussion

Over 10 employees, from young professionals active on the front lines to management, will participate to share not only their success stories but also the behind-the-scenes of product development and the gaps compared to their student days, offering a real look at working at a manufacturer. Through discussions with employees possessing diverse expertise, participants will be given an opportunity to deeply consider their own careers.

◇Administrative and Sales Roles Experience

Participants can experience the process from problem-solving to internal coordination in a workshop format, based on actual cases faced by planning staff. Through feedback from employees and roundtable discussions, participants can deepen their understanding of the thinking required in the professional world and "what it means to work."
