SINGAPORE / HONG KONG / TOKYO, July 1, 2026 — HeyMax, the Singapore-based loyalty and travel rewards platform, and Japan Airlines ("JAL") today announced a points transfer partnership enabling HeyMax members to convert Max Miles into JAL miles at a 1:1 ratio, with no fees and a minimum of 1,000 Miles.

The partnership opens access to JAL's network of 395 airports across 68 countries and regions, giving members a new way to turn everyday spending into premium travel experiences. JAL becomes HeyMax's first Japanese carrier transfer partner.

“Travel loyalty is increasingly about choice, flexibility and relevance,” said David B. Wang, Head of Loyalty Partnerships at HeyMax. “By adding Japan Airlines, our first Japanese carrier, to the HeyMax ecosystem, we're giving members who regularly fly to and through Japan another way to turn their everyday spending into a premium travel experience.”

Hidetaka Fukushima, Manager of the Mileage Business Department and Head of Global Partnerships at Japan Airlines, said, "We are honored to become HeyMax's first Japanese airline partner. Through this collaboration, we look forward to delivering JAL's unique hospitality to HeyMax customers and creating memorable travel experiences across Japan and around the world."

Demand for flexible loyalty programs that span airlines, lifestyle brands, and financial services has been growing. With this partnership, HeyMax adds JAL Mileage Bank as a transfer partner, expanding the range of travel rewards available to its members.

For JAL, this partnership offers a new touchpoint with digitally savvy, travel-oriented users in key international markets such as Singapore and Hong Kong.

This collaboration marks the first step toward a broader relationship between the two companies. HeyMax and JAL will continue to explore opportunities to deliver more seamless and valuable travel experiences for travelers across Asia and beyond.
